I paid $59 to use the math explanations feature, and I haven’t been able to access it the last 2 nights. I can’t figure out what is going on. Did my payment reject?
I wrote two emails to you. Did you receive them? Perhaps my emails are in your spam folder. I checked your account settings and it seems to be working fine. I just reset the password and checked to make sure I can watch the videos and it is working. Perhaps it is the browser blocking the videos. Please try Chrome. I am going to send you the updated password to your email that you left here.
Because E is the midpoint of AB and F is the midpoint of CD, I just added (25-12) to 25 to calculate that AD = 38. And because G is the midpoint AE and H is the midpoint of FD, I just subtracted (13/2) from 38 to calculate that GH = 31.5. I think that works and could save some time.
